  略略略略略pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 26pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">1.投标人必须具备独立法人资格，并具备建筑工程施工总承包叁级及以上的施工企业资质，且具有有效的安全生产许可证，投标人须为未列入“信用中国”网站（略略略）记录失信被执行人或重大税收违法案件当事人名单，方可参加项目投标。且必须提供“信用中国”网站自行查询截图及“中国裁判文书网”自行查询的无行贿截图以及最新的资金证明文件或近一年财务审计报告。项目经理必须具有建筑工程专业贰级及以上建造师执业资格证书、并具有有效的安全生产考核合格B证，技术负责人须具有相关专业中级及以上技术职称，安全生产负责人具有有效的安全生产考核C证及以上。其它拟投入本项目主要人员须具有相应的资格证书。
