（2）线路技术指标：300Mbps互联网带宽裸机测试，上、下行速率对称，且稳定在300Mbps,平均丢包率不高于3‰。
（3）汇聚层、核心层全网采用双路由的备份保护，保证整个数据城域网的安全、可靠、快速；

采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：略略略略略略略略略略略略略略略49 code-applyReason editDisable addContent multi-line-text-input-box-cls readonly" style="font-family: inherit;">我校教学、办公一贯才用的是固定供应商提供的网络接入服务及公网IP地址。如果更换宽带接入运营商，公网IP地址改变,学校的网络及安全设备需要大量修改设置和编写安全策略,信息系统需要到公安等部门重新备案、数据接口代码需要重新修改和对接,这一系列的改变不但需要重新投入大量人力物力、耗费大量资金，而且在更换供应商、重新建设期间，通信、网络、信息系统等都将受到极为严重的影响, 因此更换网络供应商将产生高额费用，且影响网络安全。
为保障学校教育教学工作有序进行。鉴于网络安全技术上的要求，本次广西农业职业技术大学略略略-略略略略略略年中国联通网络接入服务采购项目须保证不改变原有业务系统和网络线路，因此继续选择原有网络供应商提供的服务可保证学校教学办公工作的正常运行而不中断，不会对学校网络使用造成任何影响，原有公网IP地址保持不变，网络架构同样保持不变，能充分保障学校教育教学工作有序进行，可以保证新旧系统的兼容性和一致性，减少投资成本。
因此向中国联合网络通信有限公司南宁市分公司采购广西农业职业技术大学略略略-略略略略略略年中国联通网络接入服务具有唯一性。符合《广西壮族自治区财政厅关于进一步规范政府采购单一来源采购方式管理的通知》规定的第（一）种情形，只能从唯一供应商处采购的。
