background:white">（一）维保地点：福州市闽候县南屿镇精严山75号，福州燕山电子有限责任公司。

background:white">（二）维保期限：2年。

background:white">（三）投标保证金：报价人需向采购方缴纳投标保证金贰仟肆佰元整（￥2400），于开标前现金形式交付给采购人。评审确定中标人后，采购人当场将投标保证金退还给未中标的报价人。合同签订前中标人缴纳中标金额的10%作为履约保证金，中标人的投标保证金直接转为部分履约保证金。在合同履行过程中，若中标人未按要求完成合同规定的各项管理目标，经采购人提出整改意见后仍未整改到位的，采购人将相应没收一定比例的履约保证金（具体的内容及比例由中标人与采购人在合同中进行约定）。若中标人完成合同规定的各项管理目标，无违反合同约定的情况，合同期满后采购人收到中标人请求退还履约保证金的书面申请报告后，20个工作日内将中标人所缴纳的履约保证金无息退还给中标人。

background:white">（一）报价人在报价文件中需附相关资质证明、企业法人营业执照复印件、委派人员（身份证复印件、证书复印件）、投标截止前三个月报价人为委派人员缴纳社会保险的证明材料并加盖报价人公章。

background:white">（二）报价承诺函和法定代表人授权委托书（若法定代表人到场报价，不需要填写此项委托书）要求按照附件1、附件2样式编写，每页都必须加盖报价人公章并装订成册。

background:white">以上报价材料装订成册并盖报价人公章（骑缝章）装入同一纸袋后密封并在封口处覆盖粘贴盖有报价人公章的封条，在纸袋表面写明项目名称后按要求时限递交。报价材料提供的相应证明材料复印件及加盖公章均应符合：内容完整、清晰、整洁。
（三）报价超过最高限价的报价文件无效。
