一、提前谋划，掌握路线。在出行前了解目的地及沿线道路情况，并根据实时道路情况，及时调整出行线路，行车途中及时关注路况信息，一旦出现道路拥堵，可选择备用线路绕行。

二、出行前，驾驶人一定要对车辆的刹车、大灯、制动、灭火器等设施进行安全检查，确保车辆状况良好后再上路行驶。

三、驾车途中，应当文明驾驶、心态平和，不强行加塞、变道，不随意超车、停车，不超速驾驶、不占用高速应急车道。

四、不乘坐超员车辆。假期出行，请到正规客运站乘坐具有合法运营资质的车辆，并要全程系好安全带。请不要乘坐超员车辆，不要乘坐货车、拖拉机等非载客车辆，不要乘坐拼装、报废等存在严重安全隐患的车辆，切勿在客运站外、高速公路旁拦截车辆上车。

五、拒绝酒后驾车。饮酒后驾车会导致人反应迟钝、行动迟缓，判断失准。节日期间亲朋好友聚会多。请谨记：酒后驾驶害人害己，为了您和大家的安全幸福，请酒后莫开车，开车莫饮酒。

六、拒绝疲劳驾驶。疲劳驾驶会使驾驶人的注意力不稳定、视野狭窄、视线模糊和反应迟钝，因此，驾驶人每驾驶车辆3-4小时应停车休息，或者与其他同车的驾驶人轮流驾驶，及时消除疲劳。

七、拒绝分心驾驶。开车时请注意观察前方路况，不要做“低头族”。开车接打手机，玩手机，会导致驾车人注意力分散，也会影响其它车辆正常通行。

八、安全带是生命带，前排后排都要系，上车系好安全带，护佑生命防意外。安全头盔能保护生命，骑乘人员都得戴，戴好安全头盔，牢记安全不懈怠。

九、防止二次事故出游途中车辆发生故障或意外需停车时，要立即开启危险报警闪光灯，将车辆移至不妨碍交通的地方停放；难以移动的，应当持续开启危险报警闪光灯，并在来车方向设置警告标志。高速公路设置警告标志应在来车方向150米以外，车上人员应迅速转移到安全地带，防止二次事故发生，并立即报警。

十、恶劣天气，谨慎驾驶。秋季雨水天气较多，雨天路面湿滑、视线模糊，应打开雾灯、近光灯及示廓灯，按照规定车速行驶，根据情况随时调整雨刷器的挡位，注意制动、灯光及轮胎运行情况，必要时应选择安全地点停车避雨。
