略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">（三）供货周期：计划1个月，具体根据项目部要求。

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">（一）营业执照具有建筑材料生产或销售经营范围；

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">（二）法定代表人为同一人的两个及两个以上企业，母公司、全资子公司及其控股公司，不得同时参与本次竞价；

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">（三）本次竞价不接受联合体参与竞价。

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">三、竞价文件的取得

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">（一）报名时间：2023年9月12日至2023年9月14日（每日9：00至12：00及14：30至17：00法定节假日除外）。

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">（二）报名地点：广安市前锋区西部牛仔城鑫鸿集团610办公室。此为获取竞价邀请文件唯一途径。

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">（三）现场踏勘：不组织。

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">（四）报名时应提供以下证件（加盖单位鲜章的复印件一份）

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">竞价保证金应通过竞价申请单位的账户以银行转账方式交纳，并在2023年9月14日18时00分前到达指定账户（备注栏注明：前锋区光华路中段市政道路工程砼管及路沿石材料竞价保证金）。

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">3.中选人无正当理由不与招标人订立合同。

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">4.中选人在签订合同时向招标人提出附加条件。

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">5.以他人名义投标或者以其他方式弄虚作假骗取中标。

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">6.被查实存在影响中标结果的违法行为。

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">7.中选人不按照招标文件要求提交履约保证金。

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">五、采购方式

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">（一）符合条件的单位中报价最低价者中选，若最低价报价单位有2家及以上，则通过两轮抽签的方式确定中选单位，第一轮竞价申请人根据签到顺序抽签确定第二轮的抽签顺序摇号，第二轮抽签抽中号码小者为中选单位；若通过审查的单位不足3家，则本次竞价采购流标，若直播竞价的则由现场工作人员代为抽取。

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">（一）在收到《中选通知书》后7个工作日内，中选人须向竞价邀请人缴纳中选金额的5%的履约保证金（现金或保函），并与竞价邀请人签订合同，未在规定时间内缴纳履约保证金和签订合同视为放弃中选。

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">（二）履约保证金的退还：乙方完成本合同范围内所有供货内容并验收合格后，一次性无息退还履约保证金，履约保证金不计息。

略略略略略em; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2; font-family: 宋体; ">1.结算方式：乙方的报价单价乘以该项目的实际收货量据实结算。税金以中选人根据结算金额实际开具的增值税专用发票票面税额为准，由甲方另行支付。结算价款=不含税结算价＊（1+乙方开具的增值税税率）；
