略略略略略pt;line-height:113%">略略略略略 投标文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为2021年1月25日 9 时 30分，本次开标采取网上开标，投标人无需到开标现场，投标人应于上述投标截止时间前，将投标文件电子版按规定的格式上传至毕节市公共资源交易中心业务系统，并于该截止时间后20分钟内在业务系统内完成电子投标文件解密。
